Challenge
A hardware startup required presentation-quality enclosures with crisp clip features, logo recesses, and consistent wall appearance across four colour concepts.
Approach
We split the model for optimal resin drainage, printed at fine layer height, and post-processed parting lines for a uniform cosmetic surface.
Result
Stakeholders approved the external industrial design. Internal clip geometry was validated with a separate FDM fit-check build.
Outcome
Four colour-way models delivered for a board presentation; industrial design moved to tooling with no further prototype iteration.
