From STL upload to delivered parts
We work with engineering teams that need a responsive supplier — fast quotes, honest process advice, and production that keeps up with design changes. FDM and resin printing only, in-house.
File intake
We accept STL files for mesh-based jobs, plus STEP/STP and native CAD when you need design context preserved. Include units (mm preferred) and note any critical surfaces or tolerances in your message.

Rapid prototyping & iteration
Validate geometry, fit, and function before tooling. We prioritise quick turnarounds and clear communication when designs change between builds.
Low-volume production
Short runs and bridge quantities without mould cost. Repeatability, orientation, and finishing are agreed up front so follow-on batches match the first.
Design for additive
Practical guidance on walls, holes, orientation, and material choice for FDM and resin. We flag printability risks before material is committed.
Finishing & inspection
Sanding, priming, vapour smoothing (resin), and dimensional checks on request. We are transparent about what we can and cannot certify.

In-house FDM and resin capacity for parallel builds, quick turnarounds, and iterative development.

Functional prototypes, fixtures, and production-intent parts in engineering thermoplastics.

High-detail SLA and DLP resin for visual models, housings, and fine features.
