When you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send — typically your name, email address, company name, message content and any attached CAD, drawings or images.

CAD and project files

Files you send for quoting or manufacture are used only to assess and fulfil your enquiry or order. They are not published on this website. We treat customer design files as confidential and handle them under the project scope agreed with you. Access is limited to people involved in reviewing or manufacturing the work.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, and manage our business relationship. Our lawful basis is typically legitimate interests and/or steps prior to entering a contract.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records and project files for as long as needed to fulfil the request and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Repeat-order specifications are retained only where you have asked us to keep an approved manufacturing revision.
